Responsibilities of a Frontier Client Relations Associate:

• Conduct direct sales presentations to potential customers in assigned territories
• Educate customers on the features, benefits, and value of Frontier’s products and services, including internet, voice, and video solutions
• Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales goals and performance metrics
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Accurately process sales orders and customer information
• Participate in regular sales meetings, training sessions, and team development activities alongside fellow Frontier Client Relations Associates
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all Frontier offerings, competitor activities, and industry trends
• Collaborate with the customer service and installation teams to ensure a seamless customer onboarding experience

Qualifications for the Frontier Client Relations Associate role:

• Prior experience in sales, customer service, or a relevant client-facing position
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Driven to hit daily, weekly and monthly sales targets
• Strong at managing multiple priorities at once
• Thrives in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment
• Basic technical knowledge
• Reliable transportation with a good driving record is a plus
• Must be at least 18 years old, a high school graduate, and eligible to work in the U.S.
