Job Description

Under the supervision of the Director of System Engineering dotted line VP of Global Sales,

the Internal Sales Associate supports the day-to-day operations of the Marketing and Sales

departments.

Responsibilities:

 Documentation: Creating, processing, filing and organizing invoices, Purchase Orders

(POs), Sales Order Requests (SORs), Sales Report, and other sales and marketing-

related documentation; tracking and recording information in the corresponding logs.

 Customer Relations: Assisting customers via phone and email, and handling Return

Material Authorizations (RMAs). Sending Medical files for Reading to and from

customers and physicians.

 Assistance: Assisting Sales executive with sales growth charts, presentation, and

administrative support for various initiatives as required.

Requirements:

• College degree required.

• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Empathetic, proactive, organized and detail-oriented.

• Experienced in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $72,449.00 per year
