An opportunity for a full-time sales representative is currently available. Qualified applicants must be personable, self-motivated, fast learner, possess a high level of energy and be results oriented. Applicants must have excellent communication skills and have the ability to assess customer needs in order to provide consultative sales solutions.

Pay and Benefits:

• Base pay is commensurate with experience plus aggressive monthly commission structure. Compensation Expected $50 to $60K the First Year.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and target potential clients through market research, networking, customer referrals and website contacts.
• Establish and maintain strong long-term relationships with both new and existing customers.
• Provide expert advice to clients on seeking the most appropriate products for their specific needs and wants.
• Conducts needs assessments to better understand clients’ needs and expectations.
• Stay informed and up to date with the latest technologies with regards to our products and vendors.
• Explain technical features and benefits in a clear and understandable manner.
• Present and Follow Up on Proposals.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Provide Timely and Accurate Prospect and Activity Data for Management Reporting and Forecasts.
• Monitor industry trends and competitive products to stay informed about market changes.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.

What We Require:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in developing and managing an assigned geographic region consisting of technology-based portfolio products.
• Candidates who have a specific background in radio and/or telecommunication-based products or hardware components and technology products preferred.
• Successful track record of consistently surpassing sales goals.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and driven to succeed.
• Professional and team oriented, must be able to work independently and collaboratively with others.
• Must have a valid driver license and reliable transportation.
• Basic proficiency with commonly used computer technology and software programs such as Microsoft Office, Email, and Zoom. CRM, Salesforce experience a plus.
