What You’ll Do:
As our Inside Sales/Customer Service, you'll be a key part of our front-line team — helping customers, supporting sales, and making sure things run smoothly from the first phone call to the final shipment. You'll use your communication skills, attention to detail, and positive energy to provide a top-notch experience that keeps our customers coming back.
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide timely and accurate information regarding order status and product knowledge
· Produce customer quotations and proposals
· Utilize accounting, word processing, and spreadsheet software
· Maintain and monitor electronic data and documentation for established customers
· Process customer orders, changes, and returns in accordance with company policies
· Collaborate with the credit department to resolve disputed credit items
· Offer timely feedback on service issues or customer concerns
· Partner with the sales team to ensure exceptional customer experience
· Maintain organized and detailed customer files and records
· Draft proposals, letters, quotes, and general correspondence
· Handle incoming sales calls and respond with appropriate information
· Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams such as manufacturing, design, and shipping
· Perform other related duties as assigned
Who You Are:

· You’re comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
· You’re organized, detail-focused, and ready to learn
Requirements:
· Previous experience in customer service and/or sales preferred
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
· Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
· Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
· Positive attitude and passion for helping customers
