Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Account Manager to join our team! In this role, you will be the key driver of client relationships, leveraging your sales expertise and technical knowledge to grow our business. Your energetic approach will help you build lasting partnerships, close deals efficiently, and promote the adoption of our innovative sales technologies.

Duties

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through proactive communication and consultative selling techniques
• Lead outbound calling campaigns to identify new business opportunities and nurture existing accounts
• Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to secure successful deal closures that benefit both clients and the company
• Utilize CRM software, including Salesforce Cloud, to track interactions, manage pipelines, and analyze sales data
• Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs and enhance customer satisfaction
• Drive sales technology adoption by promoting sales automation tools and CRM system features during client interactions
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally

Requirements

• Proven experience in technology sales or B2B sales environments with a focus on consultative selling approaches
• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals effectively
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software, including CRM system proficiency and sales automation technologies
• Experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or call center environments with outbound calling responsibilities
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage clients confidently over the phone
• Business development experience with a focus on client communication and relationship building
• Knowledge of sales technology adoption strategies and marketing principles is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating within a team-oriented setting

Pay: $86,383.82 - $97,903.09 per year
