The AT&T Sales Associate is responsible for handling new and current customers surrounding Grand Rapids, MI. In this position, you will be handling wireless, mobility, internet, and television products and services.

AT&T Associate Responsibilities:
- Showcase effective customer engagement with our clientele and customer base, initiating conversations to build rapport and understand their needs.
- Create a welcoming and friendly environment to attract and retain new and existing customers
- Provide detailed and accurate product information, explaining features, benefits, and uses
- Answer specific product questions and address concerns to build trust and confidence in the products/service
- Process transactions accurately
- Work with team members to meet sales goals
- Stay updated on AT&T's product information and promotions
- Attend training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales skills
- Collect and report customer feedback
- Create a welcoming and friendly environment to attract and retain new and existing customers
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years or older
- Must have reliable transportation as this is an on-site position surrounding Grand Rapids, MI
- Must be responsible
- Must be Solution-Oriented
- Must be coachable
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, sales, or other related fields preferred
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Must have a great work ethic
- Excellent verbal communication skills
