We are seeking a Client Support Specialist to deliver exceptional support throughout the customer journey. This role serves as a primary point of contact for clients, assisting with inquiries, coordinating project updates, scheduling appointments, maintaining accurate customer information, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients via phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Respond to customer questions regarding products, services, and project timelines.
• Coordinate appointments and follow up with customers throughout the installation process.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update internal systems.
• Work closely with sales, operations, and project teams to ensure timely communication.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate complex issues when appropriate.
• Prepare customer documentation and maintain organized records.
• Monitor open requests to ensure timely resolution.
• Assist with administrative projects and process improvements.
• Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction throughout every stage of the customer experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 2+ years of customer support, client services, administrative support, or related experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM or customer management software.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
