Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join our team as an Immigration Analyst. The position offers an exciting opportunity to make an immediate impact while receiving hands-on training and growth in immigration law. You’ll play a key role in helping clients navigate the complexities of immigration law with world-class service and industry-leading solutions.

Responsibilities

• Gain a strong understanding of various business and family immigration matters, case types, and client processes.
• Assist in case preparation and petition filing, including document gathering, review, drafting, and submission.
• Under supervision, communicate with clients and foreign nationals, providing timely updates and responding to inquiries.
• Meet deadlines, manage case progress, and keep supervisors informed of status or any issues.
• Organize and summarize case data for reporting to clients and the team.
• Contribute to team goals and help improve overall productivity.
• Demonstrate initiative and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
• Adhere to firm standards and protocols to ensure compliance and mitigate risks (e.g., privacy policies, case management tools).

Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Fluency in Turkish (both written and spoken) is required.
• Strong client-service orientation with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage competing demands in a fast-paced setting.
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and escalate issues when necessary.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to proofread, draft clear documents, and avoid errors.
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel; familiarity with case management software is a plus.
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to contribute to a positive, team-focused work environment.

Compensation

The salary for this role depends on factors like skills, experience, qualifications, work arrangement, and applicable laws. Typically, individuals are not hired at the top of the range. For those working an in person schedule locally, the salary range is $45,000 to $60,000.
