CLMCAA is hiring a full-time head cook that is responsible for Senior meals and Meals on Wheels. The Candidate should be ServSafe Certified and have kitchen experience. Job duties include: Ordering and maintaining inventory of food and supplies; Completing necessary kitchen paperwork; Ensuring uniform serving size and quality of meals; Monitoring sanitation practices and following kitchen safety standards; and Supervising, training and coordinating other food prep workers.
