Code Ninjas is the nation's fastest-growing kids coding franchise. At our Paradise Valley Village center, kids ages 7–14 learn to code by doing what they love — playing and building video games. Our promise is simple: Kids have fun, parents see results.

The Opportunity

We're hiring immediately. This is a great fit for a recent grad, associate's degree holder, or anyone early in their tech or education career who wants hands-on experience working with kids in a fast-paced, rewarding environment. You don't need to be a seasoned developer — you need to be curious, patient, and genuinely enjoy helping kids grow.

We invest in our Senseis. Starting at $16/hr, you'll see clear pay progression as you complete training milestones and demonstrate your impact in the dojo.

What You'll Do

• Guide students through our game-based coding curriculum (we'll train you on everything)
• Build genuine relationships with kids and keep them engaged, challenged, and having fun
• Provide tour feedback to parents — you're often their first impression of what we do
• Keep the dojo clean, organized, and running smoothly
• Follow daily open/close procedures
• Check in daily with the Center Manager and weekly with the Assistant Manager

Who We're Looking For

• Recent grad or associate's degree holder welcome — no senior experience required
• Some background working with kids (tutoring, camp, coaching, babysitting, volunteering — it all counts)
• Comfortable with technology or eager to learn basic coding concepts quickly
• Reliable, punctual, and ready to commit to a consistent weekly schedule
• Positive energy — you make the room better when you walk in

• Start: $16/hr
• Raises tied to curriculum mastery and performance milestones — not just tenure
