Infinity IPS is seeking an experienced Mortgage Due Diligence Quality Control Specialist to support Credit, Regulatory Compliance, and Servicing review functions. This fully remote, full-time role is responsible for conducting detailed loan and servicing file reviews to assess compliance, accuracy, and data integrity in accordance with regulatory requirements, investor guidelines, and securitization standards.

The ideal candidate has strong technical mortgage knowledge, excellent attention to detail, and prior third-party due diligence experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive quality control reviews
• Analyze borrower credit, income, asset, and employment documentation for accuracy and guideline adherence
• Review appraisals and collateral documentation to identify valuation, property, and market risks
• Evaluate servicing data, payment histories, delinquency status, and compliance with servicing guidelines
• Identify defects, variances, and risk trends; clearly document findings and supporting evidence
• Utilize LauraMac and other loan review platforms to complete reviews and reporting

Qualifications

• Must have 3 or more years prior experience in a third-party mortgage due diligence firm
• Must have 2 or more years prior direct experience using the LauraMac Loan Review System for due diligence reviews
• Regulatory Compliance experience preferred
• In-depth knowledge of mortgage underwriting
• Six Sigma Black Belt certification is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet review deadlines
