Commercial Roofing ManagerJob Summary

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Manager to oversee roofing projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate has a strong background in commercial roofing operations, project management, estimating, and the commercial bidding process. This leadership role requires someone who can manage crews, coordinate projects, maintain quality standards, and ensure jobs are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial roofing projects from pre-construction through completion.
• Supervise field crews and ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently.
• Coordinate scheduling, materials, subcontractors, and equipment.
• Review project specifications, contracts, and bid documents.
• Oversee quality control and ensure work meets company and industry standards.
• Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal teams throughout each project.
• Monitor project budgets, timelines, and profitability.
• Resolve job site issues and provide leadership to roofing personnel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of roofing experience required.
• Commercial roofing experience is required.
• Minimum of 1 year of roofing management or supervisory experience.
• Strong understanding of the commercial bidding process, including reviewing plans, specifications, proposals, and project documentation.
• Ability to read blueprints and construction documents.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with multiple commercial roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, PVC, Modified Bitumen, Metal Roofing, etc.).
• OSHA safety knowledge or certification is a plus.
• Experience using project management or estimating software is preferred.
