We are seeking a highly creative, strategic, and execution-driven Marketing & Social Media Manager to lead our digital presence, storytelling, advertising, and brand growth.
This role is ideal for someone who understands how to turn content into revenue, followers into customers, and marketing ideas into real business growth.

We are looking for a hands-on marketer who can build systems, create content, manage websites, run paid ads, design marketing materials, and actively represent the brand in public and online. The position starts part-time with strong potential to grow into a full-time leadership role.
Position Overview
The Marketing & Social Media Manager will oversee all digital marketing, social media strategy, website management, advertising, content creation, public relations, and brand development across multiple locations.
This individual will play a key role in increasing brand awareness, driving in-store traffic, growing online coffee sales, and developing partnerships that expand the company’s reach and revenue.
You will also help build the internal marketing system—including content creation workflows, website updates, promotional calendars, and brand consistency across all locations.
Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Strategy & Content Creation
- Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms
- Create engaging photo, video, and short-form content that drives engagement and sales
- Lead storytelling efforts across all locations
- Capture and edit content in real time across cafés, events, and behind-the-scenes operations
- Identify trends and turn them into brand-relevant content opportunities
- Maintain consistent posting schedules and brand messaging
Paid Advertising & Digital Marketing
- Manage Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising campaigns
- Develop paid social strategies focused on customer acquisition and revenue growth
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for ROI
- Support email marketing and promotional campaigns
- Assist in developing marketing funnels that convert engagement into sales
Website Management & E-Commerce Support
- Maintain and update company website(s) regularly
- Manage product listings, seasonal promotions, and special offers
- Ensure website accuracy, branding consistency, and user experience optimization
- Support basic SEO strategies and keyword optimization
- Collaborate on improving online ordering and e-commerce performance
- Assist with landing pages for campaigns, promotions, and wholesale initiatives
Graphic Design & Marketing Materials
- Create marketing assets using Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Design promotional materials for in-store, online, and wholesale marketing
- Develop menus, flyers, digital ads, and branded content
- Maintain strong visual brand consistency across all platforms
Public Relations & Brand Representation
- Serve as a brand voice in media opportunities when needed
- Coordinate interviews, press coverage, and community features
- Build relationships with influencers, media outlets, and local partners
- Represent the company at events, collaborations, and public appearances
- Support speaking engagements and community storytelling efforts
Influencer & Partnership Marketing
- Build and manage influencer and collaboration programs
- Develop paid partnerships and brand collaborations
- Coordinate co-marketing opportunities with local businesses and creators
- Grow brand visibility through community engagement and partnerships
Analytics, Strategy & Optimization
- Track performance across social media, website traffic, and campaigns
- Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.) to guide strategy
- Identify opportunities for growth, engagement, and conversion improvement
- Report results and recommendations to leadership
QualificationsRequired
- Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or brand marketing
- Strong content creation skills (photo, video, editing, storytelling)
- Experience managing Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
- Familiarity with website platforms (Shopify, Squarespace, WordPress, or similar)
- Experience using Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong writing, communication, and branding skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Comfortable being on camera and interacting with customers and staff
Preferred
- Experience in coffee, food, beverage, retail, or hospitality marketing
- SEO and website optimization experience
- Influencer marketing or PR experience
- Email marketing and CRM experience
- Experience managing multi-location brands
- Strong understanding of e-commerce and online sales growth
- Public speaking or spokesperson experience
- Ability to train staff on content creation and brand engagement

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
