Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Associate Attorney to join our legal team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work across a diverse range of legal practice areas, including estate planning, environmental law, immigration law, family law, securities law, workers' compensation law, personal injury law, tribal law and regulations, litigation, patent law, and landlord-tenant law. As an Associate Attorney, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive legal support, conducting in-depth research using tools like LexisNexis and Westlaw, and drafting precise legal documents. Duties

• Conduct thorough legal research utilizing LexisNexis and Westlaw to support case strategies and legal opinions
• Draft and review a variety of legal documents including pleadings, contracts, memoranda, and correspondence with clarity and precision
• Assist in managing cases across multiple practice areas such as estate planning, environmental law, family law, securities law, and more
• Support attorneys in preparing for hearings, trials, negotiations, and client meetings by organizing case files and evidence
• Engage in negotiations with clients or opposing counsel to achieve favorable outcomes while maintaining professionalism
• Maintain detailed records of case developments, correspondence, and legal administrative tasks
• Collaborate with team members on complex litigation matters and regulatory compliance issues

Experience

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school; admission to the state bar is required or pending admission
• Demonstrated experience or strong interest in multiple practice areas including estate planning, environmental law, immigration law, family law, securities law, workers' compensation law, personal injury law, tribal law & regulations, litigation or patent law
• Proficiency with legal research platforms such as LexisNexis and Westlaw
• Excellent writing skills with the ability to produce clear and compelling legal documents
• Strong analytical skills for conducting comprehensive legal research and case analysis
• Prior experience in a law office setting or legal administrative role is preferred but not mandatory
• Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail

Pay: $84,841.16 - $102,174.29 per year
