Electrical Estimator for the Service Department – Commercial & Healthcare Projects

Boca Raton, Florida (On-site HQ)

What You’ll Be Doing

• Craft detailed and competitive electrical cost estimates for complex commercial, healthcare, and institutional projects.
• Analyze plans and specs to determine materials, equipment, and labor needs.
• Develop design-build and conceptual estimates that wow our clients and win bids.
• Perform take-offs, price change orders, and occasionally don your hard hat for site visits.
• Team up with engineers, project managers, and clients to make ideas constructible and cost-effective.
• Collaborate with vendors and subs to ensure we’re getting the best deals, and the best results.
• Present estimates and proposals that are clear and competitive.

What You Bring to the Table

• Bachelor’s degree in construction, Electrical Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3–5 years of estimating experience in commercial, healthcare, or light industrial projects.
• Journeyman or Master Electrician license preferred
• Experience using Accubid or similar estimating software.
• Strong understanding of NEC and local codes.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, mechanical, and electrical drawings.
• Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills.
• A passion for collaboration, problem-solving, and delivering high-quality work.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
