Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a critical part in coordinating residential and commercial stone fabrication and installation projects from start to finish. You will serve as the primary point of communication between customers, sales, production, installers, and vendors, helping ensure projects are completed accurately, on schedule, and with exceptional customer service.

Duties
- Minimum 2 years of project coordination, construction administration, customer service, or related experience.
- Assist in developing detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets to guide project execution.
- Granite, quartz, remodeling,or construction experience preferred.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take notes, and distribute action items promptly
- Manage multiple communication channels including multi-line phone systems and email correspondence
- Track project progress using spreadsheets and productivity software such as Moraware, Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Maintain organized files, records, and documentation related to project activities and client information
- Support client communication by providing timely updates and addressing inquiries with professionalism
- Collaborate with team members across departments to ensure seamless workflow and resource allocation
Requirements
- Proven experience in office management, administrative support, or project coordination roles
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, Moraware, and data entry skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
- Effective phone communication skills with proper phone etiquette and customer service experience
- Bilingual abilities are a plus for supporting diverse client needs
- Previous office experience including front desk or sales roles preferred
- Ability to handle clerical tasks such as filing, proofreading, calendar management, and typing accurately
- Demonstrated technical proficiency with office equipment like multi-line phone systems and productivity software

Pay: $34,560.00 - $72,960.00 per year
