We are seeking dedicated laborers to join our growing team for a variety of ongoing commercial and residential projects, many of which are shorter-term assignments. As a skilled laborer you will be responsible anything from site clean up and preparation to light carpentry work. Must have a construction background and a willingness to show up on time in proper PPE and be ready to work. This is a good opportunity for someone who is willing to take on last minute assignments and is ready to grow their skillset.

Safety and Compliance

• Strictly adhere to all company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Operate power tools and machinery safely and proficiently.
• Inspect work progress, equipment, and construction sites to ensure standards are met.

Must own and maintain a basic set of hand tools and personal protective equipment (PPE).

Reliable transportation to various job sites within the greater San Jose/Bay Area.

Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
