Eagle Roofing & Construction is a growing roofing and restoration company serving homeowners throughout Alabama. We specialize in insurance restoration, roof replacements, supplements, and customer service. We are looking for a motivated leader who can help us build and manage a high-performing sales team.
Responsibilities
- Train and mentor roofing sales representatives
- Manage daily sales operations
- Help recruit and onboard new sales reps
- Track team performance and production
- Assist with insurance claims and supplements
- Learn and manage company CRM systems
- Help improve company processes and efficiency
- Support ownership with day-to-day operational tasks
- Conduct roof inspections and sales appointments when needed
- Lead by example and help close roofing projects
Requirements
- Roofing industry experience preferred
- Insurance restoration experience preferred
- Sales management or team leadership experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to train and motivate others
- Comfortable using CRM software and technology
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Compensation
- Base salary: $20,000-$30,000 annually (depending on experience)
- Commission on personal sales
- Override commission on team production
