Faraday Copper is a growth oriented Canadian junior mining company focused on responsibly advancing our flagship development stage project in Arizona, through our subsidiary company, Redhawk Copper. With a highly energetic and collaborative team, we are committed to building a modern mining operation grounded in operational excellence, environmental stewardship, and strong community partnerships.
Faraday recently announced it has entered a letter of intent to acquire BHP’s San Manuel property in Arizona, creating the potential for a multi-asset copper district in the USA. As we transition from exploration to project development, we are seeking a strategic and hands-on Senior Mine Resource Geologist to build and lead resource geology in Arizona.
The Senior Mine Resource Geologist is responsible for all aspects of mineral resource estimation, geological modeling, database integrity, QA/QC program management, and resource reporting in support of exploration, project evaluation, feasibility study advancement, and mine planning activities at Redhawk Copper's San Manuel-Copper Creek combined project. Working closely with exploration, engineering, and technical services teams, this role provides primary technical leadership in resource geology, directs the work of independent QP consultants, ensures compliance with NI 43-101 and applicable reporting standards, and applies rigorous geological and geostatistical methods to develop reliable, auditable resource models that support strategic and investment-grade decision making. The position plays a central role in advancing the project through prefeasibility and feasibility stages and will mentor junior and site geological staff as the team grows.

Primary Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and update 3D geological domain models and resource block models using Leapfrog Geo and geostatistical estimation platforms, ensuring models are current, auditable, and fit for feasibility-level decision making. Direct the technical scope and review deliverables of independent Qualified Person consultants for mineral resource estimations prepared in accordance with NI 43-101 and, where applicable, SEC S-K 1300 reporting standards Interpret geological, geochemical, and geophysical data to support resource classification and mine planning
- Integrate geometallurgical domains into resource models to support process design, recovery forecasting, and mine planning for both sulfide flotation and leach amenable material.
- Contribute resource model inputs to prefeasibility and feasibility study work, including resource classification confidence upgrades through targeted infill and condemnation drilling. Conduct data validation, direct QA/QC procedures, ensure database integrity, and perform timely model reconciliation
- Collaborate with mine planning engineers to optimize mine designs and production schedules
