About the Role

We are looking for a highly capable Software Engineer / Full-Stack Developer who can take ownership of both front-end and back-end systems. This is a hands-on role with real responsibility. You will work directly with leadership to understand existing tools and workflows, then gradually take over development and improvement of key systems.

This is not a plug-and-play role. We need someone who can think independently, move quickly, and build with confidence.

Important Note

We are specifically looking for candidates with genuine, hands-on coding experience. A strong foundation in software development is required. This role is not a fit for candidates who rely primarily on AI tools without deep technical understanding.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and improve internal and client-facing applications
• Take ownership of full-stack development across multiple projects
• Quickly understand and work within existing codebases
• Design and implement scalable solutions to support business operations
• Identify inefficiencies and proactively build better systems
• Operate with minimal oversight and take initiative on execution

Front-End Requirements

• Strong experience with Next.js
• Experience deploying applications with Vercel
• Proficiency with Postman for API testing
• Design/UI experience is a strong plus

Back-End Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Python and Node.js
• Hands-on experience with AWS:
• DynamoDB
• EC2
• S3
• CloudWatch
• CloudFormation
• Solid SQL skills for querying and working with data
• Experience with sentiment analysis in Python is a plus

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
