Key Responsibilities:

• Optimize website for search engines to improve rankings, traffic, and conversions
• Manage and optimize local SEO, including Google Business Profiles and other local listings
• Improve search engine positioning for practice area pages and location-based pages
• Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis within the legal industry
• Implement on-page SEO strategies (metadata, headers, internal linking, content optimization)
• Collaborate with content and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are followed
• Monitor performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO platforms
• Identify and implement opportunities for technical SEO improvements
• Track rankings, traffic, and ROI, and provide regular performance reports

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an SEO Lead or similar role
• Strong understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) principles and best practices
• Experience managing law firm or professional services websites (preferred)
• Advanced technical skills of SEO strategy and programs used to track website performance
• Expertise in local SEO and Google listings
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
