POSITION SUMMARY
mr.steam; an American Bath Group company is seeking a hands-on Marketing Design and Digital Content Coordinator to establish clear control of an active B2B marketing portfolio and create accurate, brand-aligned assets across print and digital channels. This role combines project coordination, graphic design, content development, channel support, partner management, and emerging strategic contribution. The successful candidate will be equally comfortable organizing a complex workload, personally producing polished materials, and translating product and market insight into stronger messaging and execution.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
Maintain a live view of active marketing projects, including priorities, owners, status, deadlines, dependencies, risks, approvals, and next actions.
Manage review cycles, coordinate stakeholders, communicate changing priorities, escalate risks early, and close projects without requiring leadership to reconstruct the portfolio.
Create branded B2B collateral, presentations, training decks, product one-sheets, brochures, guides, print advertising, downloadable content, and campaign assets.
Support email campaigns, landing pages, blogs, websites, social channels, digital asset management, photography, video, and promotional materials.
Write, edit, and fact-check content to protect technical accuracy, brand voice, messaging consistency, and usefulness to sales and field teams.
Partner with sales, product development, engineering, operations, public relations, social media, and outside agencies to move work from concept through delivery.
Analyze market trends, customer behavior, competitors, channel performance, and campaign results to identify differentiated positioning and practical improvements.
Support budget tracking, forecasting, asset inventory, and external-partner coordination as assigned.
