Overview

We are seeking a Junior Manufacturing Engineer supporting daily production operations, focusing on yield, throughput, process stability, and continuous improvement.

Contract position for 6 months++ good potential of extension** 100% ONSITE

Will provide daily manufacturing support by reviewing prior-day performance signals related to yield, labor, and throughput

The candidate will participate in daily morning meetings to review current priorities, receive action items, and execute assigned tasks throughout the day.

This role will have ownership of assigned manufacturing stations, equipment, and associated processes, ensuring that equipment is functioning as intended, processes remain stable and controlled, and yields consistently meet established performance expectations. Will troubleshoot issues

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and will consider internship - 3 years of experience

Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills

Self-motivated with strong execution and follow-through

Medical device experience/exposure (OQ, PQ, PMV) is preferred
