Job Duties:

Unica Group, Inc in Mechanicsburg, PA seeks Software Developer. Configure, design, implement, and support for CPAS (client system) which comprises (Oracle Database, Crystal Report, Website development and Active Directory) to meet business requirements while adhering to industry best practice. Gather requirements for, design, develop, and implement various information systems solutions utilizing SQL Developer, Java Scripting, Oracle Database, Microsoft Active Directory (MSAD), Crystal Report and Web application development. Schedule meetings with business analysts and product owners to discuss business expectations for projects or enhancements for ongoing and upcoming releases. Create high-level and technical design documents to capture requirements. Develop and modify security roles within the project and release plans based on user needs. Query, scripting and development work related to the CPAS 5.3 environments (example - COLA). CPAS authorized scripted corrections into the 5.3 databases Employer payroll related import activities which includes development/modification of control files and data import files. Design and develop various business reports using Crystal report based on client requirements. Design, develop and implement plan contract management databases and related activities using SQL, Adobe, Toad etc. Provided required support for internal\external auditors to obtain information about systems. Perform control activities, ensure compliance, run User Access Reports and Firefighter Log Reports using Oracle Database and Crystal reports. Develop automated scripts and queries to support various business requirements using tools such as Team Foundation Server and SQL Developer. Perform migration/data scrambling of Oracle Databases into various client environments. Manage Microsoft AD directory operations to provide various security permissions and role/groups for projects, also perform end user troubleshooting. Identify and address any issues during production system outages. Follow project plan and procedure advised by leadership and provide updates on regular basis. Support User Acceptance Testing (“UAT”) and other testing activities. Build and nurture positive working relationships with clients with the intention to exceed client expectations.

Job Requirements:

Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or a related field and 1 year of experience in the job offered or in a Software Developer trainee position. Must also possess experience with (i) development of Java scripting; (ii) SQL stored procedures; (iii) Crystal Report; (iv) Adobe; (v) TFS; (vi) SQL Developer; (vii) Toad; (viii) SDLC process; and (ix) handle client or vendor co-ordination. Must be willing to travel and relocate to unanticipated client locations in the U.S.
