Associate Dentist Opportunity at local private practice

Currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Associate Dentist to join our dynamic team. We are particularly interested in candidates who have a strong interest in Restorative Dentistry. You will work alongside of the implant surgeon who will be placing the dental implants and your main focus will be restoring full arch implant prosthetics as well as other restorative treatments.

This position is available on a full-time basis and involves providing a broad range of dental services, including:

• Same day Cerec crowns
• Restoring teeth with composite restorations with the assistance of an expanded function dental assistant(s).
• Clear aligner therapy
• Root canal treatments
• Restoring Full arch implant-supported prosthetics
• Restoring Dentures and removable implant dentures
• Restoring Implant crowns
• Completing full mouth rehabilitations (FMRs) with a completely digital workflow
• *Restoring All-on-4 and 3 on 6 dental prosthetics with a completely digital workflow

Our practice is equipped with state-of-the-art dental technology, including:

• TRIOS 5 and Medit intraoral scanners
• CEREC Primemill for same day zirconia and E-Max restorations
• PerioLase MVP-7 for LANAP/LAPIP procedures
• Large Field-of-View CBCT
• Electric handpieces
• Diode dental lasers
• Complete suite of Exocad CAD modules for designing all types of dental prosthetics.
• Sprintray ecosystem of 3D printers
• Instarisa facial scanner for facially generated treatment planning

We specialize in treating patients with dental anxiety and offer nitrous oxide, oral sedation, and IV sedation as well as General Anesthesia. If you are not currently certified, we are happy to assist you in obtaining your sedation permit in the state of Arizona if you wish to offer patients sedation.We also offer on-site mentorship in full-mouth implant restorations, full arch implant surgery, specifically All-on-4 and 3 on 6 , and a complete digital design workflow, making this an ideal opportunity for a dentist who is eager to grow their skills in a supportive, digitally-driven dental office.We are looking for a dentist who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and making a meaningful impact in patients' lives. Compensation

• $500 per day guaranteed for the first 60 days
• 30% production on all restorative treatment after 60 days of employment
• Fixed commissions on restoring full arch implant prosthetics and same day full arch digital conversions and deliveries
• Earning potential of $300,000–$500,000+ annually

• Full-time
• Monday through Friday
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
