Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Social Media Marketing Specialist to elevate our online presence and engage our community across various digital platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in digital marketing, content creation, video editing and social media management, with a passion for building brand awareness and fostering meaningful relationships through innovative campaigns. As a key member of our team, you will develop strategies, produce compelling content, and analyze performance metrics to optimize our social media efforts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with the clinic’s branding goals across platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok and LinkedIn.
• Create engaging, high-quality content including graphics, videos, and written posts that resonate with target audiences while maintaining brand consistency.
• Analyze campaign performance using analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and social media analytics tools to measure reach, engagement, and conversion metrics; adjust strategies accordingly.
• Provide basic IT support and troubleshoot technology-related issues for the clinic as needed.
• Support patient review and reputation management initiatives, including requesting feedback from satisfied patients.
• Manage and maintain targeted email marketing lists and create engaging email campaigns to promote services, events, and educational content.
• Plan and manage digital and traditional marketing campaigns, including Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising, Google Ads, and print media to maximize patient engagement and brand awareness.
• Design professional marketing materials and digital content using Adobe Creative Suite applications, including Photoshop and Illustrator.
