At Legacy Decks, we create high-end outdoor living spaces—decks, screen rooms, roofs, fireplaces, patios and more—that transform the way families live outside. We’re looking for a Sketch Up CAD Specialist to join our team and help us deliver projects with precision, creativity, and excellence.

What You’ll Do

• Create accurate CAD drawings and layouts for decks and outdoor living projects.
• Support sales by participating in showroom design meetings with clients.
• Research product offerings and provide updated supply parameters for design use.
• Build and maintain a visual library of imagery, CAD models, and templates for efficiency and consistency in Sketch Up.
• Develop working process from concept to sold job with sales team.
• Prepare professional presentation packages that showcase the design and bring client ideas to life.
• Collaborate with sales consultants and project managers to ensure every design is buildable and accurate.
• Support Production and Build teams in executing your design and CAD's
• Help develop 3D renderings and video walkthroughs to help clients visualize their space.

What We’re Looking For

• Extensive experience with Sketch Up
• Experience independently owning design from concept through job ready output
• Ability to create or desire to learn 3D renderings, and video walkthroughs. (Lumion, V-Ray or similar)
• Strong attention to detail—mistakes in drawings cost time and money.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Residential Construction knowledge a must.
• Someone who enjoys thinking outside the box but also knows code!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
