Responsibilities

IGT's Order Fulfillment Representative performs sales order processing of spare parts tickets. Duties include but not limited to researching customer requests, generating quotes, managing orders, planning and expediting shipments when necessary.

Other speciffic duties include:
Processes high volume parts tickets with guidance.
Works with Inside Sales and customers to ensure timely and accurate documentation and delivery of machines.
Achieves expected levels of accuracy in accordance with Tier II Quality Objectives.
Works directly with customers to ensure timely and accurate documentation and delivery of machines according to strict compliance regulations.
Coordinates between IGT departments and customer regarding order status, compliance issues, product availability, pricing, documentation and delivery of parts.
Performs additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Minimum Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent

Years of Experience:
1 year of work experience preferably in a sales order administration or manufacturing customer service role

Other:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
Self starter and ability to produce high level results without supervision
Work well under pressure in a fast pace environment
Strong customer service experience
Professional phone etiquette
Cross-functional team communication with internal and external partners
High level attention to detail
Casino industry experience preferred
SAP experience preferred

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including skills, experience, education, and geographic location. These factors may result in variation in starting pay. The estimated starting compensation range for this role is $20/hr – $24/hr USD, based on a good-faith assessment at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary. IGT complies with all applicable pay transparency and compensation laws and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.

Base pay is one component of IGT’s total rewards program. Depending on the role, employees may be eligible for bonus or commission opportunities.
