LINE COOK – FULL-TIME

Pay: $17.00–$18.00 per hour

We are currently hiring experienced Line Cooks for two hotel locations in the International Drive and Universal Boulevard areas of Orlando.

We are looking for responsible, punctual, and dependable individuals who can work well as part of a team and maintain a steady pace in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food according to hotel recipes and quality standards.
• Work efficiently on the cooking line during service hours.
• Operate different kitchen stations, including prep, grill, flat top, and fryer.
• Follow established portion sizes and food presentation standards.
• Keep the kitchen and workstations clean, organized, and fully stocked.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to provide fast and efficient service.
• Maintain a consistent work pace during high-volume periods.
• Assist with food preparation and kitchen duties as needed.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Cook or Line Cook in a hotel or restaurant.
• Experience working with a grill, flat top, and fryer.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions.
• Must be responsible, punctual, and reliable.
• Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude.
• Flexible availability.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Reliable transportation.
• Spanish required.
• English is a plus.

Schedule

• Full-time.
• Flexible schedule.
• Weekend and holiday availability may be required.
• Morning and evening shifts may be available depending on the location.
