MSS Inc is a land surveying, civil engineering, structural engineering, and land use planning firm based in the Willamette Valley. We are seeking an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team and contribute to our Oregon based projects.

Role Description
This is a full-time, mainly in-office role based in Corvallis, OR. The role primarily involves overseeing and reviewing the technical aspects of projects like Property Line Locates, Topographic Surveys, Property Line Adjustments, Partitions, Subdivisions, ALTAs, Elevation Certificates, LOMAs. Additional responsibilities may include training team members and improving technical processes, as able. You would work directly with our Survey Dept. Manager, Drafter, and Crewman.

Required:

• Passed NCEES FS exam.
• Oregon PLS or ability to become Oregon licensed with a year.
• At least four years of relevant experience.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Interpersonal skills to work on a team as both a leader and a follower.

Preference will be given to candidates with the following:

• Oregon specific survey experience.
• Boundary determination experience.
• Land Use Planning experience.
• Experience training team members.

Pay is dependent upon experience and licensure. If relocating for the position, please expect us to ask you to move within 60 days of beginning work.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Experience:

• Land Survey: 1 year (Required)
• Civil 3D: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:
