Job Overview
We are seeking experienced roofers to join our growing team. Opportunities available for both in-house crew positions and subcontractor partnerships. Ideal candidates are reliable, safety-conscious, and skilled in residential roofing installations and repairs. Competitive pay based on experience and production. Duties

• Install, repair, and maintain roofing systems using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to ensure accurate project execution
• Measure and cut roofing materials with precision to fit designated areas
• Perform heavy lifting of materials such as shingles, metal panels, and other roofing components
• Apply caulking, sealants, and other weatherproofing materials to ensure durable finishes
• Assist with framing, trim carpentry, stucco application, and masonry work as needed for roofing projects
• Coordinate with project managers and other tradespeople to ensure timely completion of projects
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety standards and protocols
• Conduct inspections of completed work for quality assurance and compliance with specifications

Qualifications

• Proven experience in roofing installation, repair, or related construction fields
• Knowledge of construction estimating and blueprint reading
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and safety equipment
• Experience with construction site operations including framing, carpentry, masonry, or remodeling is advantageous
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks for extended periods
• Familiarity with schematics, metal stud framing, plumbing, welding, tile laying, restoration work, and other related skills is a plus
• Strong understanding of safety procedures on construction sites
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license preferred for site access and material transportation
