Fulfilment Operations Coordinator

Assist and support the operations and E-commerce department at Jerich USA.

Education:

• High School diploma or equivalent. 1-2 years previous work related experience.

Skills:

• Good administrative skills and expertise.
• Proficient in MS Office (required)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Capable of handling multiple tasks in parallel.

Personal Qualifications:

• Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks and organize projects.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including different weather temperatures (outdoor/indoor areas) and noise levels.
• Time Management — managing one's own time and the time of others.
• Initiative and Supervisory skills — willingness to take on responsibilities, motivate, coach & develop others as well as challenges and generate suggestions for improvement.

Summary of Key responsibilities

• Lead, support, and inspire a team of associates to meet performance goals while fostering a positive and inclusive work environment
• Take ownership of daily operations by assigning tasks, balancing labor, and guiding workflows to keep everything running smoothly
• Drive a culture of safety, quality, and accountability by ensuring adherence to SOPs and maintaining a clean, organized workspace
• Coach and develop team members through hands-on training and mentorship, helping them build skills and grow within the organization
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and implement improvements that enhance operational performance
• Familiarity with performance metrics and process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean)
• Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) related to productivity, quality, and efficiency across areas such as picking, packing, and shipping
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Safety, Operations, Loss Prevention, and Human Resources to achieve shared business goals
• Serve as a central point of communication—keeping managers, support teams, and associates aligned and informed
• Support onboarding and continuous development to build a high performing, engaged team
• Proactively address challenges, remove obstacles, and escalate concerns when needed to keep operations on track
• Adapt to changing priorities and play a key role in supporting peak and high-volume periods
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends
• Perform other duties assigned

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday 9AM – 6PM
• 8-hour shift

COVID-19 considerations:

• Very safe work environment. HEPA Air filters throughout the office with all CDC protocol being followed.

Job Type: Full-time onsite

Pay: $50,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
