Fast-growing Commercial Real Estate Firm looking for a Property Manager in Crystal Lake Area

Responsibilities include:
-Creating a marketing strategy including custom brand identity and cohesive marketing plans to fill available spaces.
-Collaborating with the leasing team on conducting tours, space plan and negotiating letter of intents
- Handle all interior/exterior vendor bids for multiple properties
-Handle all construction projects and keeping contractors for tenants in compliance
-Coordinate all fire/plumbing/elevator/building and insurance inspections
-Manage the due diligence process for acquisitions and dispositions
-Create all properties budgets
-Oversee all accounting functions and in house project billing/invoices for professional services
- Maintain tenant compliance with COIs, HVAC and final lien waivers
- Attend weekly meetings with ownership
-Oversee all property emails and address tenant, vendors, and ownership request/questions

Requirements:
2 Years Experience Minimum
Licensed real estate agent preferred
Highly Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and MS Project
Costar/Loopnet
AIA Contracts
