CSF Logistics is an auto transport brokerage based in Troy, Michigan, serving dealerships, auctions, and commercial partners in all 50 states. We're hiring an experienced salesperson, and our compensation structure reflects a simple approach: fewer salespeople, better paid.

Compensation and Benefits

• 35–40% commission on gross profit per shipment, uncapped
• $300/week base
• Typical earnings for an experienced salesperson: $80K–$120K+
• 1099 or W2 options including medical and dental

What the Role Offers

• Recurring account revenue. Dealer and auction customers ship weekly. A portfolio of active client accounts produces commission every month, not deal by deal.
• Account ownership. Accounts you develop are assigned to you and stay with you.
• Short decision chains. You work directly with ownership — pricing exceptions and problem accounts get resolved the same day, not routed through management layers.
• Established operations. Dispatch, carrier vetting, and back office are handled, so your time goes to selling.

The Role

• Develop and manage dealership, auction, and commercial shipping accounts
• Quote, negotiate, and book vehicle shipments; coordinate execution with dispatch
• Existing industry relationships are welcome and we'll support the transition
• Maintain your pipeline in our CRM

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years in freight brokerage, auto transport, logistics sales, or comparable B2B phone sales
• Specific results you can walk us through — gross profit produced, accounts managed, or quota history
• The ability to prospect, qualify, and close independently
