Responsibilities

• Design, build, and launch Google Ad campaigns tailored to our clients audience, ensuring alignment with their marketing strategies and goals.
• Develop and optimize landing pages within the GoHighLevel CRM to maximize conversion rates from various digital marketing campaigns.
• Setting up conversion tracking using GTM, as well as blending conversion events like forms and phone calls via GHL.
• Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and A/B testing to optimize campaign performance.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and platform updates to maintain a competitive edge.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align paid media efforts with overall marketing initiatives and business goals.
• Track and report on key performance metrics, including CTR, CPC, conversion rate, and revenue attribution.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of ads and landing pages, using data to drive decisions and improve campaign effectiveness.
• Provide insights and reports on campaign performance to the leadership and clients and suggest improvements.

What You'll Need to Succeed

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on Google Ads and landing page creation.
• In-depth knowledge of Google Ads platform, including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other relevant tools.
• Proven track record of creating and optimizing ads and landing pages for local business lead gen and maximum ROI.
• Excellent analytical skills to measure and optimize campaign effectiveness.
• Proficiency in GoHighLevel CRM or similar platforms for landing page creation.
• Proficient in setting up conversion tracking via GTM.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to articulate campaign strategies and results.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Passion for digital marketing and a continuous learning mindset.
• High self-accountability and commitment to integrity.
