Full job description

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Support program requirements for cable harnesses developing fixtures, drawings, tooling requirements, and work instructions.
• Prepare technical reports for management and customers to document project status and issues
• Participating in engineering problem resolution
• Develop or provide input to mechanical engineering related QMS processes, procedures, and work instructions
• Ability to work with and support the manufacturing shop and technician staff for assembly of cable harnesses
• Perform other related duties as required

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of related experience (preferably in cable/harness manufacturing)
• Ability to communicate effectively in oral and written form
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Experience with over-molding preferred
