Job Requirements:

• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and common accounting accounts.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.).
• Experience with accounting software is a plus (NetSuite preferred).
• One year of work experience in finance or accounting.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative team player.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, responsible, quick learner, and excellent at time management.
• Basic proficiency in reading and writing both Chinese and English.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily accounting tasks, including journal entries, invoice verification, and bookkeeping.
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoice handling and payment tracking.
• Help reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and promptly resolve discrepancies.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.
• Maintain and organize financial documents in accordance with company policies.
• Prepare and submit financial reports as needed.
• Assist with audit preparation by providing required documentation and data.
• Communicate with vendors, customers, and internal departments to resolve accounting-related matters.
• Perform other accounting duties as assigned by supervisors.

Working Days

• 8-hour shift
• 5 days/week
• 1 day on Sat/Sun
