Required Hours:
Tue.-Fri. 8:30am-5pm
Sat. 8:30am-12pm
Extended hours during the month of December for holiday, as well as occasional special events throughout the year.
A successful candidate will be genuine, warm, positive, coachable, emotionally mature, organized, and dependable. Detail orientation and effective, accurate written/verbal communication are musts.
Job duties include but are not limited to:
· Answer phones and provide basic information to customers or locate the appropriate team member who can help them
· Greet customers and provide a smooth transition to appropriate sales associate
· Call customers regarding repair status; assist with repair drop-off/pick-up
· Package/Prepare items for shipping
· Assist with customer gift wrapping
· Order supplies, presentation boxes, etc. as needed
· Assist with the design and update of shadow box displays monthly
· Create exterior displays and in-store displays of new and sale merchandise in retail setting
· Consistently maintain clean, attractive shopping area and well-organized stock areas; not afraid to get hands dirty and take part in cleaning when asked or needed
· Maintain enthusiastic and high energy contact with customers
· Demonstrate an appreciation for a team spirit, acknowledging the need for cooperation and professional communication as essential for success in this work environment
· Follow-up phone contact with customers, vendors as needed. Maintain adequate documentation that tracks these conversations. Document all procedures and job requirements for smooth transition to other staff as needed.
· Communicate complete and concise information with the manufacture and repair department.
· Maintain good working relations with clients: maintain timely telephone contact with customers, research problem areas and provide adequate information for staff and customer to provide satisfactory resolution of customer concerns
· Utilize knowledge of computer systems, websites and basic computer understanding
· Identify administrative/office tasks to be accomplished and complete tasks in a timely manner, to include stocking showroom stations, assisting sales associates, filing, organizing, cleaning and tidying
