We are looking for a highly organized, customer-focused, and proactive Warranty & Service Coordinator to manage our after-sales service process and help us deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Responsibilities
- Manage warranty claims from start to finish.
- Answer customer calls and emails regarding service and warranty requests.
- Coordinate and dispatch third-party service technicians throughout the United States.
- Communicate with customers, dealers, technicians, and manufacturers to ensure timely resolution.
- Review service reports and determine warranty eligibility.
- Coordinate replacement parts orders and shipments through FedEx and other carriers.
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
- Follow up on open service cases until completion.
- Coordinate equipment replacements and return authorizations when necessary.
- Prepare monthly warranty and service reports.
- Work closely with the Sales, Warehouse, Purchasing, and Operations teams to provide excellent customer support.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Service, Warranty, Technical Support, or Service Coordination.
- Bilingual English and Spanish required.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- ERP experience (Odoo, SAP, NetSuite, or similar) is a plus.
- Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Experience with commercial refrigeration or cooking equipment is preferred but not required.
