The Ecommerce Product Coordinator is passionate about ecommerce and helping customers find the right products through exceptional online experiences. Successful candidates will have experience with ecommerce platforms, product content management, digital merchandising, and marketplace optimization, along with strong organizational and project management skills. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, analytical, and customer-focused, with experience in Shopify and Amazon marketplaces and an interest in the automotive aftermarket or enthusiast industries.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Amazon Marketplace Management

● Upload listings and content

● Own Amazon listing health, organization, and optimization.

● Partner with our Amazon agency to improve listings, SEO, conversion rates, imagery, A+ content, and product detail pages.

Shopify Product Experience & Merchandising

● Own product organization and merchandising within Shopify.

● Improve product page structure, categorization, filtering, navigation, bundles, collections, and product discovery.

● Optimize PDPs (Product Detail Pages) for clarity and education to foster conversions

Customer Insights & Product Content

● Research common customer questions, objections, confusion points, and purchase drivers.

● Translate customer insights into FAQs, product education content to on-site improvements.

● Use analytics and customer feedback to identify opportunities for optimization.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

● Serve as the internal owner for ecommerce product content and merchandising initiatives.

● Coordinate with agencies and cross-functional teams.

● Maintain a timeline and own digital merchandising and listing optimization projects.

Performance & Optimization

● Monitor key ecommerce KPIs including conversion rate, product engagement, search visibility, and content performance.

● Use analytics and customer feedback to identify opportunities for optimization.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

Education/Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required. Equivalent combination of education and relevant ecommerce experience will be considered.
• 2-3 years of ecommerce, digital merchandising, or marketplace experience.
• Strong Shopify experience.
• Familiarity with Amazon Vendor Central.
• Experience managing or optimizing Amazon listings.
• Familiarity with GA4, Heatmaps, marketplace analytics, and ecommerce reporting.

Qualifications And Skills:

• Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain professionalism under pressure.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Possess knowledge of Automotive/Outdoor Enthusiast. Mechanical knowledge or ability preferred.
