Experience Analysts use their creativity and strong communication skills to design new software systems and produce marketing content for audiences in a variety of industries. In addition to project work, all member of the Operations Team participate in other activities that support the business.

Geneca is a custom software development company that has been partnering with clients for almost 25 years to innovate, design and lead them through all stages of the development process, resulting in both increased customer acquisition and revenue generation.

Based in the Chicagoland area, we have a remote workforce throughout the United States, and are excited about where we’ve been and where we are going.

This job is fully remote (US required), with an expectation of availability Monday-Friday during typical business hours in central time. Occasional weekend or evening hours are required as needed to support product launches or updates for specific clients. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
