The person in this role will work serving the Customer Ops teams across all regions, from a data analysis perspective.
This role is key to create and maintain data visibility of all Customer Ops processes globally & KPIs, ensuring organization performance. This is key in order to boost profitability and reduce working capital, making our processes faster and more accurate, and serving Customers and internal stakeholders better.
Create and maintain PowerBi dashboards for Customer Ops global and regional processes and tasks
Perform analysis on data and extract conclusions as needed
