Responsibilities

• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments using electronic health record systems.
• Collect and update patient information accurately, including insurance details and medical histories.
• Provide clear explanations of treatment procedures, appointment requirements, and follow-up instructions.
• Maintain organized patient records in compliance with privacy regulations such as HIPAA.
• Support communication between patients and healthcare providers to address questions or concerns promptly.

Skills

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficiency in learning dental administrative support software and electronic health record systems.
• Prior experience in dental or other specialized healthcare offices is highly desirable, but not necessary.
