Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated carpenter to join our dynamic window and door replacement installation team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing a wide range of carpentry and construction skills required to complete each window and door replacement job. Duties

• Removal and installation of windows and doors to be replaced.
• Perform framing, trim carpentry, and any other skills necessary to complete the installation
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently
• Removal and installation of interior and exterior trim, as well as siding and fixtures
• Heavy lifting of materials and equipment while maintaining safety protocols at all times
• Requirements:
• Proven experience in construction, carpentry (including trim and framing), remodeling projects, and finish work
• Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, and fabrication techniques
• Prior construction site experience with a focus on safety procedures and quality workmanship
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work at heights or confined spaces as required
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail in finishing work
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with team members and customers

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
