AT&T Representative - D2D Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective customers through outbound door-to-door visits, introducing them to our latest technology products and services.
• Conduct warm calling and telemarketing efforts to generate leads and schedule appointments for follow-up discussions.
• Utilize CRM software and sales technology tools such as Salesforce Cloud to track interactions, manage customer data, and update sales pipelines efficiently.
• Apply consultative selling techniques to understand customer needs, demonstrate product benefits, and tailor solutions accordingly.
• Negotiate deals confidently, overcoming objections and closing sales effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with other AT&T Representative - D2Ds to identify new market opportunities and expand outreach efforts.
• Maintain excellent phone communication skills for outbound calling campaigns, ensuring clear messaging and positive customer experiences.

AT&T Representative - D2D Skills

• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
• Prior experience as an AT&T Representative - D2D is a plus.
• Knowledge of sales techniques including consultative selling, sales strategies, and sales technology.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage customers confidently over the phone or in person.
• Demonstrated success in outbound calling, warm calling, and business development activities.
• Customer service orientation with a focus on building rapport and trust with clients.
