Markquart Automotive and RV is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Marketing Assistant – Data & Reporting Focus to support our marketing team. This role blends data reporting, organization, and day-to-day marketing support, playing a key part in keeping our operations running smoothly and efficiently.

The ideal candidate enjoys working with data and systems, while also being comfortable handling a variety of administrative and support tasks. You’ll be responsible for generating reports, tracking performance, assisting with inventory accuracy, and helping with routine marketing tasks such as clothing orders, file organization, and other behind-the-scenes work that keeps the team moving forward.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Audit and update online vehicle listings to ensure accuracy in pricing, descriptions, and photos.
• Generate and maintain regular marketing and inventory performance reports.
• Maintain organized systems for digital files, reports, and tracking sheets.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Valid driver’s license (Required)
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets. (formulas, filtering, basic analysis) - (Required)
• Degree in Marketing Analytics / Data Analytics, MIS, Business Analytics or related field - (Preferred)
• Experience creating automated reporting systems or improving workflows using APIs, data integrations, automation tools, or similar technologies.- (Preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and communicate findings
• Ability to work independently and outdoors in varying climates
• Skilled in time management

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE:

• Full-time, Monday through Friday
• $19/hour
