Position Overview: This position is onsite at our Pompano Beach, FL office/warehouse. We are in search of a college or graduate student with the right combination of initiative, organizational and skills, and enthusiasm, to help us grow. During the internship period the intern will be exposed to many aspects of the business such as Procurement, Sales and Customer Service, Planning, Quality Assurance, Shipping and Warehousing, Logistics, Materials Management, and Finance. The key focus and learning area will be to assist with documentation, improvement, and implementation across all areas of the business.

Essential Skills

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, MS Access, MS Project)

· Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including data sorting, filtering, formulas, pivot tables, charts, and basic data analysis.

· Basic experience with relational databases, SQL, or Microsoft T-SQL is preferred.)

· Technologically savvy

· Excellent writing and editorial skills

· Strong process improvement skills

· Excellent relationships management skills with the ability to recognize workload imbalances as they occur and take necessary steps of resolve as required

· Continuous Improvement or Six Sigma methodology a plus
