Consolidated Networks Corporation (CNC) is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Information Systems Technologist to work in the Leadership Training Program (LTP) employing their database system administrator skills. This position is at Ft. Irwin, the US Army National Training Center (NTC) located in the Mojave Desert, 40 miles northeast of Barstow, California. This is a complex fast-paced 24x7 DoD Army computing environment.
Requirements:
· U.S. Citizenship and an Active DoD Secret Security Clearance
· CompTIA Security+ certification
· 5-7 years of experience as a Database Systems Administrator
· May be required to work an extended work week during ARMY training rotations
Preferred Skills:
· Advanced knowledge of Information Technology
· Proficient knowledge of JLCCTC MRF/WARSIM functional operations
· Knowledge of how to set up, configure and troubleshoot various platforms within the JLCCTC Federation.
· Knowledge on how to integrate C2 systems
· Experience with Linux, SQL and Active Directory
· Proficient knowledge of Army War Fighting Functions:

The DOD's Leader Training Program (LTP) is the Army's premier, 5-7 day staff training event at the National Training Center (NTC), designed to prepare battalion and brigade teams for Combat Training Center (CTC) rotations. It focuses on refining the Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP), enhancing mission command, and fostering unit cohesion through collaborative coaching with observer/coach-trainers.
The ideal candidate will provide essential support for daily operations, operate various Joint Land Component Constructive Training Capability (JLCCTC) Simulations in support of Force-on-Force (FoF) exercises, and provide System Matter Expert (SME) support of Mission Command Systems integrated with tactical simulations during training events. Candidate will assist in providing Army commanders and their battle staff with the capability to conduct collective digital mission command training at brigade echelon using an operationally relevant, constructive simulation environment that supports Army Decisive Action operations through Simulation/Stimulation (SIM/STIM). JLCCTC trains commanders and their staff in offensive, defensive, stability, and civil support operations and enables them to further develop their Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP) skills.
