You will be responsible for developing and improving manufacturing processes across CNC machining, fabrication, and assembly operations. The role will involve hands-on shop floor support, process optimization, tooling and fixture design, troubleshooting production issues, and supporting new product introduction activities.

This role would suit a Manufacturing Engineer with strong CNC machining knowledge who enjoys process improvement, problem solving, and working closely with production teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The Role:

• Develop and improve manufacturing processes and work instructions
• Support CNC machining, setup, tooling, and fixture development
• Provide hands-on shop floor troubleshooting and technical support
• Analyze production data to improve efficiency and quality

The Candidate:

• Manufacturing Engineering experience within machining or fabrication
• Strong knowledge of CNC machining processes and tooling
• Experience with process improvement and lean manufacturing
