We are currently seeking a meticulous and highly organised Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis in San Antonio, Texas, United States. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining critical information across our company databases, playing a vital role in our operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently enter a high volume of data from various sources into our company's databases.
• Review data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output.
• Maintain data integrity by performing regular checks to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform backup operations.
• Uphold strict confidentiality and data protection policies when handling sensitive information.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve data-related issues and ensure a smooth workflow.
• Support administrative tasks and projects as required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a data entry or similar administrative role.
• Exceptional typing speed and accuracy with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong command of MS Excel.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• The ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; further qualifications in a relevant field are an asset.

What We Offer

• A competitive hourly wage of $30 - $40 USD, dependent on experience.
